Ordering
Orders are for collection from the truck only — we do not deliver. You can order between 20 minutes and 6 hours ahead, within the opening hours of the spot you choose. Each collection slot holds a limited number of orders; when a slot fills, the next one is offered.
An order is confirmed when payment succeeds, not when you reach the confirmation page. You will get an email, and an SMS if we have your number.
Prices and offers
The price shown is the price you pay. Where an item shows “Save $5”, that is what the same food would have cost bought separately — it is not deducted again at checkout. Promo codes are applied to the subtotal before tax.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Call us as soon as you can. If we have not started cooking we will cancel and refund in full. Once it is on the grill we may not be able to. Refunds go back to the card that paid and usually take a few working days.
If we cancel — a breakdown, weather, or the pitch being closed — you are refunded in full automatically and we will tell you why.
Uncollected orders
We hold food for thirty minutes past the collection time. After that we cannot keep it safe to eat, and it is not refundable.
Allergens
Everything is cooked on one shared flat top, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free from an allergen. Please tell us about a severe allergy before ordering.
Catering
Catering is quoted separately and confirmed by a written agreement. Nothing on this site is a binding catering quote.
